CTCS-D Laptop

CTCS-D Laptop software configuration and power indicator malfunctions are referred to a CTCS-D Laptop Maintainer for further evaluation. The CTCS-D Laptop Maintainer is capable of performing basic remove and replace procedures on the AC power adaptor, and main and secondary batteries. If the malfunction is determined to be hardware related and cannot be corrected locally, the laptop is sent to the manufacturer for further maintenance actions.
