CTCS-V Desktop

CTCS-V Desktop Terminal equipment malfunctions, such as an inability to log in to the RCS Network or a defective peripheral component, are referred to the CTCS-V Desktop Terminal Maintainer for further evaluation. The maintainer will remove and replace the defective component with a known good component, and perform checkout procedures with the operator to perform a system function check.
